This is a bit of a long-winded question, but I want to be sure this kind of thing fits within the event rules.

Tabula Rasa was abruptly shut down back in 2009 by NCSoft, and Destination Games was forced to alter its future plans to create an endgame scenario. Balin's meant to be from the point in time just before all of this occurred--would the endgame scenario be an acceptable "alternate future" since it wasn't originally what Destination Games had planned?
