Abilities: Aside from being a manipulative fuck who can somehow manage to make just about anyone do exactly what he wants, most of Haymitch's skills have atrophied from disuse. He's not that good with a knife anymore- his hands shake too much- and he spends most of his time wildly swinging it when he might have to use it. He's still incredibly strong, has a reliable memory, and good instincts, but beyond that he makes up for pretty much all of his shortcomings on sheer cunning.
