Norway is his first and best friend. He trusts him with his life and he hopes the other would feel the same. Most important decisions are passed by Norway before they are put into action, while Denmark is intelligent enough; Norway is the brains of the operation. Sweden has always been something Denmark considered a rival. He didn’t bond the same way with him as he did with Norway and the two of them tended to clash. The darker side of Denmark’s personality is influenced by these two, he cares for them like family but he also seeks to control them as though it were his god given right. He lavishes affection and praise on them but isn’t afraid of telling them off or roughing them up if they step out of line.
The big differences between his current self and his past self would be both his selfish mannerisms and his old world views. Back then, if he liked something he would simply step forward and take it. He doesn’t expect to be argued with and he doesn’t take kindly to it, either. He’s far more stubborn and a lot less relaxed which is going to make his stay in Mayfield difficult for those around him. Abilities: He’s basically a normal human with accelerated strength and immortality. He’s clever with his hands and good at improvising and inventing. As a viking he has keen navigational skills and he’s a talented tradesman who could probably sell you five of something you already own.
Sample Entry: [Denmark has finally figured out the phone. That is to say, he finally decided to listen to his wife walking him through it. He grasps it a little awkwardly, unfamiliar with the concept of it and addresses all of Mayfield.]
Coffee! The hot brown liquid the woman serves me in the mornin’. It’s surprisingly good, but it confuses me! How did such a thing come into creation? It’s as delicious as it is mysterious! [Action]
[If you’ve just arrived home this afternoon, you may be surprised to find a Dane lounging on your couch. God knows how he got in, but he’s lounging about as if he owns the place.
Is that? Yes. It is. He’s eating the last of the batch of cookies and licking the tips of his fingers. Watch out, buddy, he’s looking your way.]
Hej! Neighbour! You should lock your doors. [He laughs, because he figured out how to lock his long ago. Can’t have people rummaging through his things, can he?]
