Jenny is getting back her sparky personality this week. Which means that once she opens that little box she's going to regain her ability to manipulate electricity. All electricity. But as you might guess she's not going to have complete control over it instantly. Cannonly she's actually broken lights put out streets when she had her spark returned after it being suppressed.

So basically, long story short, Miller Street is going to have a power outage in the early morning. I'd assume it'll last till people reset the boxes.
