Terezi will be taken to the factory and operated on the morning of January 30th. She will be given a sedative that will diminish the pain somewhat but still leave her conscious and aware. The drug will leave her groggy and nauseous for 6 hours afterwards.
Mrs. Johnson will cut out her eyes and replace them with spare ones. This surgery will restore Terezi's sight, but it will be extremely distorted and she will experience terrifying visions - people's faces will melt off or morph into hideous monsters, walls and floors will be covered in blood and strewn with organs, and she will constantly see creepy silhouettes following her around out of the corner of her eyes. Any time she closes her eyes, she will see the faces of all of her friends screaming in agonizing pain. Mrs. Johnson will also operate on her eardrums; while she will still be able to hear, everything will be muted by the sound of tortured screams. Furthermore, her tongue will be cut out, her nostrils stuffed and sealed with cement, and her skin completely numbed, leaving her only with her distorted sense of sight and hearing.
Following her surgery, Terezi will be wheeled to the recovery room, where she will be able to interact with his fellow patients. She will be returned to Mayfield outside the hospital the morning of January 31st.
