Hello there again. It's Katie. Yes I was just here. Yes I'm insane. Let's move on.
I bring you Joshua Graham from Fallout: New Vegas. He's a Mormon missionary, and former Legate/second in command of Caesar's Legion. He's also known as The Burned Man due to being set on fire and thrown into the Grand Canyon. He managed to survive that. As well as the various assassins that were sent after him. In short, he's pretty hard to kill.
He's going to be very confused as to why he's no longer covered in burns. He's living at 771 Bunker street. So far, just with drones.
