'Ello all, Jake here (player of Mami Tomoe/headedforhope/Sad Crying Meguca of the Blond Variety) bringing in his second character: the ghostly 1000+ year old Captain Murasa from Touhou Project! Currently turned human by the town, Murasa used to wreck ships out of vengeful spite after falling off a boat and drowning, but is now a lot saner friendlier than that.
She'll be slotted as a child in the household at 1246 Williams with Firo and Ichirin.
