...he's just spoilt, mean-spirited and he got too deep in till he couldn't get out. Mayfielders, Ming here with my final character (for real), Draco Lucius Malfoy of Harry Potter fame! Pulling him from the 7th book, Draco is still as stuck-up and arrogant as he was in the earlier books, but life under the thumb of Lord Voldy has mellowed him somewhat. Still, a hatred and an unhealthy bias against all things non-magical is what Draco believes in, so sympathy shall be scarce for this young and foolish Death Eater. He'll be moving in to 1667 Nelson Street, so Major, Annie, Usagi and Zuko, say hi to your new housemate.

I am probably a terrible person for this. But would you like CR with least magical thing ever? That being a seven year old detective that doesn't believe in magic?

Yeeeeees. That is exactly what he needs. And I any CR is good CR, whether positive or negative especially for character development!

It will probably be wonderfully horribly negative. Conan is one of those types that thinks there's a scientific explanation for everything.
