For those of you who have had cranial damage and are unable to remember it or simply have not played the game, this is Agent Milla Vodello, otherwise known as the Mental Minx. She is a sassy Brazilian secret agent for an organization called the Psychonauts, who goes into people's heads and dicks around with their problems, or alternately saves the world with her psychic powers.
