Character Name: Don Dogoier, known as “Hakase” or “Doc” to his comrades Character Series: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger Character Age: Unknown, assumed to be late 20's Background:Don Dogoier at the Morphing Grid
Personality: You might call Don Dogoier a pacifist. And if you did, you'd be right – he hates fighting to the point of acting outwardly cowardly. However, at the same time, Don is willing to take arms to fight people who threaten others or his friends, being one of the two Gokaiger to show outward concern despite being a Space Pirate. In a way, Don's courage is perhaps one of the greatest among the Gokaiger, as he will continue to fight even when terrified – albeit while flailing about and screaming for his life all the while.
Don has other redeeming qualities besides that, of course. He's in charge of maintaining the Gokaigers' gear, including their home and vessel, the Gokai Galleon. As such, he is incredibly intelligent, capable of scientific feats that are beyond the sphere of terrestrial science. One such example was when he used the Gokaigers' own weapons and the power of the Sentai team Ohranger to create a new weapon called the Gokai Galleon Buster. As the origins of the Gokaigers' weapons are a mystery, the fact that he was able to do this is truly impressive indeed and shows that he is able to comprehend even technology that should be completely alien to him.
Aside from this, Don is a committed domestic. He cooks for the Gokai Galleon crew, even going above and beyond by preparing meals specifically suited to his team-mate's nutritional requirements. He's also in charge of housekeeping on the Galleon, which is fortuitous as without him, his team-mates would be absolute slobs. Furthermore, whenever someone is injured, Don will take the lead in administering first aid. In short, Don is very much “the team mom.”
Of course, Don has his drawbacks too. The fact of the matter is, some problems are just too much for him, and he can't always succeed without the aid of his team-mates. Don is also insecure about his position, as he knows he is physically weaker than the others. Thus, whenever he feels that he might be unappreciated or that his place in the group is being marginalized, he tends to become depressed or worried that he'll be rendered obsolete or useless. He's somewhat improved and hardened his resolve after facing many trials, but there will always be a part of Don Dogoier that's more than a bit soft.
As a minor quirk, Don actually prefers to being referred to as his nickname “Doc” (or “Hakase”) rather than his real name most of the time.
Abilities: Due to his personality, Don is a martial pacifist. This ends up affecting his combat ability, as Don is... well, if you've ever heard the term “schrodinger fu”, Don Dogoier would define it. He mostly fights by flying by the seat of his pants, using bizarre and confusing moves against his opponents that are made up entirely on the spot. He's a bit sloppy and uncoordinated, but somehow, he's able to improvise enough to get by, and it's unclear how much of this is due to dumb luck or his loosely defined “skills.”
Whether transformed or not, Don has access to his Gokai Saber and Gokai Gun. The former is a futuristic cross between a cutlass and a dagger, while the latter is a futuristic revolver. Don is moderately proficient in using the Gokai Saber, but he's much better at wielding his Gokai Gun and a second one borrowed from one of his crew members, showing that he favors fighting at range. His shots are on the mark, but he fires in a lackadaisical, unpredictable fashion – much like how he fights hand-to-hand – and focuses on individual targets rather than multiple ones or “gun kata” like shows of acrobatics.
Don utilizes objects called Ranger Keys to transform, using his personal Gokaiger Ranger key and his transformation device, a futuristic phone called the Mobirates, to become Gokai Green. Before, Don was able to utilize multiple Ranger Keys to transform into past Sentai warriors, but as of late, his crew returned those keys to the original wielders of those powers, leaving him with only the power to become Gokai Green. As Gokai Green, Don has increased strength and endurance, but is still forced to rely upon the same skills he has when untransformed. However, by inserting his ranger key into the Gokai Gun or Saber, he can execute an attack called the Final Wave, which involves an energy slash called the “Gokai Slash” for the Gokai Saber, and “Gokai Blast” for the Gokai Gun. He can also either perform both attacks in succession for the combined “Gokai Blast and Slash” Final Wave, or trade his Gokai Saber for a second gun in order to perform the “Gokai Scramble” with his team-mates. Finally, he can lend his Ranger key to powering up a weapon of Don's own design called the Gokai Galleon Buster, which uses the power of five Gokaiger Ranger Keys to perform an attack called the ”Rising Strike”, which fires an energy blast in the shape of the Gokai Galleon at an enemy.
His Gokai Green transformation has a special belt buckle as well called the Gokai Buckle, which allows him to summon his Ranger Key from where it's stored whenever he might need it. His Mobirates is also a fully functional cell phone, which he uses to communicate with his team-mates or anyone he might have the number for. He's also an accomplished scientist, but that is covered in his personality section.
Note: Given the ending of Gokaiger, I am unsure of whether or not Don would have access to his ability to past heroes, as I've seen others app the Gokaiger with that respective power. I would like clarification on whether or not he would be allowed to have them, and should that be be accounted for, I'll amend my abilities section.

What?! How could I have overslept?! I set my alarm and everything...
[scratches the side of his head nervously]
I-I guess I could be having trouble adjusting to the new location... and this isn't the Galleon... erm... Okay, Doc, get it together. The day isn't gone! I'll make a great breakfast for everyone and-
[walks out of his room, to find... everyone in his living quarters gone]
Where is everybody?! I was... I was going to...
A-Ah... I guess I'll just clean up... yeah, that's what I'll do...
Phone Conversation:
Ahhh... hello everyone. I think I'm finally getting used to this place... it's no different from all the other worlds I've been to... just with a lot of open rocky areas...
It seems a bit... I'm not exactly sure. I guess I'm kind of missing the whole 'space pirate' life, even if the domestic thing is a lot more peaceful. I mean, you don't have to run into an enemy all the time to meet new surprises, right? Even if that's usually how it usually turns out...
Ah! What am I saying?! I'm just asking for it now, aren't I?!
Um. Well. By the way. Does anybody have anything they need worked on? I am a scientist, after all... any broken technology, or something that needs improvement... you can count on me to get it taken care of! It'd just be a small fee of course...

Character Name: John doe, Naked snake, Big Boss Character Series: Metal Gear solid Character Age: 35 I am brining him in just after operation snake eater so he hasn’t quite become big boss yet. Background :Here http://www.giantbomb.com/big-boss/94-475/ Personality : Big Boss had an innate desire for conflict, namely because that was the only thing he truly knew. However, he was tolerant to people who believed in peace, even if his Outer Heaven vision involved giving the soldier a place where he would always be needed in the world, he had nothing against people who aspired for peace, as evidenced by his interaction with Paz's alleged beliefs towards peace. He was also compassionate and forgiving towards his enemies, to the point of even attempting to save them if they were in need, as evidenced by his saving the Outer Heaven resistance survivors from the Outer Heaven bombings despite the latter attempting to take down his organization earlier, as well as forgiving Kazuhira Miller after he admitted that he was in on Cipher's plot. During his youth, he was also willing to sacrifice himself for his country if need be, although why he defended America came into serious question after he was forced to kill The Boss in a conspiracy that showcased to him how even the best of soldiers are expendable to the government. While Big Boss did still have some respect for his country, he wasn't going to live his life the way The Boss had, as a tool for corrupt political aims, and anything he did would be done out of loyalty to himself rather than a country. Perhaps the biggest effect had on Big Boss's personality was when he was forced to kill The Boss, who was akin to a mother figure to him, during Operation Snake Eater, an action that haunted him for the rest of his life. Even six years later, he preferred to go by the codename of Naked Snake rather than Big Boss because he felt that he was still inferior to The Boss, and in his final moments, told Snake that he was already dead from the moment he killed her. It wasn't until ten years after Operation Snake Eater that he was willing to be called Big Boss instead of Naked Snake. Big Boss was fond of smoking cigars, and would do so even while undertaking a sneaking mission. Big Boss also drank alcohol, although he had enough restraint to keep himself from doing so during a mission. He also showed fluency in some foreign languages, such as Russian and French, and was shown to know at least a bit of Spanish.
During the time of Operation Snake Eater, Naked Snake was a fan of dog-sledding.
Big Boss did not like spy-genre films, specifically the James Bond films, feeling that they didn't portray agent life realistically at all, to the point that he couldn't help but compare himself to Bond negatively even when he knew it was fiction. Because of this, he once got into an argument with Major Zero, who was a big James Bond fan. Zero assumed that one of the primary factors for his distaste was related to Bond's interaction with femme fatales.
Having a large appetite, Big Boss was willing to eat anything he could capture during his missions into Tselinoyarsk, sometimes not even caring if they were poisonous as long as they at least tasted good. This caused Para-Medic to either scold him if the animal in question was not something to eat, or jokingly call him a cannibal if he was eating something like snakes or jackfruit. During the San Hieronymo and Peace Walker Incidents, he decided not to hunt any animals, as he and his men had plenty of food to eat in either case.
Due to a combination of both his training under The Boss and his drills in FOX, Big Boss was resilient to varying levels of torture and serum-based interrogation to prevent him from talking.
Big Boss was opposed to killing people who were unable to defend themselves, such as when the Perfect Soldier Null was vulnerable in his culture tank. He was also against killing enemies if he didn't have to, preferring to knock them out or tranquilize them if he couldn't simply sneak past them. In addition, Big Boss disagreed with mercy killings, feeling that there was always another reason to live, as evidenced by his response to Amanda's request that he put Chico out of his misery, if the latter should reveal information under torture.
During his days as a CIA agent and mercenary, Big Boss indicated that he held several beliefs in myths and the supernatural, in conversations with his comrades:
He stated that thinking about vampires gave him nightmares, in a radio conversation with Para-Medic regarding vampire bats. For this reason, he would rather she didn't utter the name "Dracula" when speaking to him (as she was quite the movie buff). His fear of vampires was also noted by a female soldier in the Militaires Sans Frontières. Big Boss revealed to Huey Emmerich that he believed in Santa Claus, going so far as to argue for his existence. Their conversation related to NORAD, and was in reference to an annual event called "NORAD tracks Santa." In the early 1970s, Big Boss received a snake-shaped scar across his chest, similar to that of his mentor, The Boss. Although its appearance suggested that it was self-inflicted, the scar was actually a fake, and was used to store a jigsaw on his person in case he needed it in an emergency situation. Nevertheless, the shape and placement of the scar served as a visual testament to Big Boss's passion, and even obsession, with The Boss. One of Big Boss's flaws was his tendency to underestimate people in regards to accomplishing a task, having done so in two notable incidents: The first instance was during the Peace Walker Incident where he allowed Chico to sell a photo of Chrysalis and passing it off as a UFO photograph because he believed Chico wouldn't get far, and the second time was during Snake's mission into Outer Heaven where he sent Snake into Outer Heaven believing he wouldn't get far and end up spreading misinformation towards the West. Both times, this led to potentially disastrous consequences; The first time, Chico managed to successfully sell a Chrysalis photograph to a tabloid magazine in Grenada, to which Sir Eric Gairy, Grenada's prime minister at the time, read it, and believing it as well as various rumors about various cattle mutilations and abductions being reported across the Americas that were suspected to be the result of the CIA Peace Sentinels activities, requested for the UN to set up a research facility to investigate aliens, which also nearly got the Prime Minister targeted by the CIA. The second time resulted in Solid Snake gaining the information on TX-55 Metal Gear and planning to destroy Metal Gear, and succeeding in doing so and destroying Outer Heaven, as well as ruining Big Boss's chances of keeping control over FOXHOUND.
On occasions, Big Boss has displayed high levels of endurance. Examples of this included:
Utilizing a high speed drone while wearing only his field uniform, whereas the MiG pilots chasing him had to wear pressurized suits to survive in their aircraft; Enduring a battle against The Fury while the area they were in burned from the flames of the latter's rocket fuel-laced flamethrower; Enduring electrical torture by Colonel Volgin from what was implied to be at a voltage of around ten million volts Twice surviving a large fall into a body of water in Tselinoyarsk; Surviving the ICBMG's missile launch despite standing close to ground zero of the ignition blast; Lifting single-handedly a garage door to allow himself entry to Peace Walker's hangar with his own bare hands, twice. Enduring electrical torture at the hands of Dr. Strangelove;(yes Doctor strange love) Surviving serious injuries during the fall of Outer Heaven; Barely surviving after his body suffered severe burns in Zanzibar Land; Enduring the effects of the second FOXDIE strain for approximately 15 minutes, before finally passing away. Abilities: Naked has a high knowledge of firearms stealth and CQC but no supernatural powers.

Character Name: Scott J. Pilgrim Character Series: Scott Pilgrim Character Age: 23 Background:Scott's Bio Personality: Scott is a Canadian, so he has been known to be rather polite and courteous (for the most part). Around women he is a sleaze and a flirt, around men he's cocky and a whiner. Quick to cry for help when problems come his way, Scott would rather pass and run from his responsibilities. In a dire pinch, he'll do what needs to be done, but not unless if benefits him in some way. Faced with the dilemma of fighting 7 evil ex-boyfriends in order to win the hand of his hot, hipster girlfriend, Scott battles opponent after opponent just to have a girl to make out with.
Beneath his superficial ways, Scott has a dark past which is clouded in spotty memories. Scott has constantly been running from his past mistakes, to the point where he had forgotten them entirely. When his ex-girlfriend Kim Pine tries to make Scott recall their terrible breakup, Scott's vision of their time together is candy-coated and fabricated. Fearful of his own short comings, Scott puts up an egotistical front. In arguments, he's unable to properly defend himself and his slow on quips to retort. He isn't one to start an argument (without reason), as he says several times "I'm a lover, not a fighter! Or.. maybe it's the other way around?"
He's rather intelligent, but it doesn't show very often. He can be smart and cunning, but his useless list of pop culture and video game references push all of the super important information into a back corner. He's a free-loader, often bumming off of others rather than earning things for himself. He isn't necessarily lazy, per-say, but more so thoughtless and selfish. He's sly and charming around most girls, but there are some who catch his eye which cause him to buckle and become socially awkward.
In a serious situation, Scott is usually blinking like a deer in the headlights, or pulling out his hair with both hands. His sense of humor is typical for a sarcastic band/game geek. Though musically talented, Scott's fear of success keeps him from going any where beyond the local level. There are few things that cause Scott to stumble. One of them is Ramona, his girlfriend. The other is Envy Adams, his ex-girlfriend. Mere mention of her name or the sound of her voice sends Scott into a state of catatonia. Scott is also one whom is eager to listen to advice, but seldom follows it. Usually seeking out his roommate Wallace, Scott does little to use the sage like wisdom he's offered, causing his homosexual pal to shake his head in dismay.
Scott isn't the kind of person to go against authority, but will eventually play the hero card against those of tyranny (namely evil, pretentious ex-boyfriends). Though not the standard archetype of a hero, Scott deep down at his core is just that. He does possess a strong sense of justice and good will, but it becomes clouded by his selfish and easily confused ways. It doesn't take much to rattle him, but he can usually piece things back together after a few minutes.. or 10. Scott also knows truthfully that he is a character in a comic book. He references it many times throughout the series, some times pointing out predictions that other characters make and retorting with "wait until the 5th volume".
Abilities: 4th wall knowledge, fighting abilities that rival those of any and all Street Fighter characters, proficiency in swords, playing the electric bass.
Sample Entry:

[Scott using the phone for the first time.]
"This thing is on, right?"
-The sound of air rushing into the receiver with two quick thrushes echoes before he speaks once more.-
"Huh, I guess so? Scott. Scott Pilgrim here. Yeah, so where's a guy supposed to get himself a date here? I'm not too big into the people here that're smiling all the time, unless that's your kinda' thing? Not mine. I'm nice.. Kinda' tall? That's what girls like, right? Look, I'm an ACE at making garlic bread. That's gotta' count for some thing!"

Character Name: Xion Character Series: Kingdom Hearts Character Age: 1 year chronologically, 15 physically Background:KH Wiki, Xion’s page. KH Wiki Series Page Personality: Xion, at her a core is a very pure, innocent, short lived girl. She really doesn’t know much about that world that she didn’t learn in her 350 days of life with the organization. Having lived much of that life thinking that she didn’t have a heart and thus couldn’t feel emotions, she’s very stinted when it comes to recognizing certain feelings and expressing them. Due to this, she really doesn’t “get” much about the more complex aspects of emotions like love, jealously, restlessness, nervousness. When it comes to the things that she doesn’t understand, she’s infinitely curious, always ready to learn a new thing or two from the people who are so nice as to be willing to share with her. Not having a 'first' life, she strives towards being able to be a whole person, to be able to have simple talks with people without having to remember what she is, without having to explain. Curious with a cause: That's Xion.
Xion is the kind of girl cherishes friendship above all other things, and would do anything to preserve those relationships with the people she cares about. Around other people she isn’t close to, however, she acts fairly shy and reserved. The more playful sides of her personality only crawl out when she’s comfortable enough around someone. It takes a lot of time for her to be able to open up. For Xion the little things like smiles, touches, laughs, they're all very special things. To her, nothing is ordinary about feelings like those. Additionally, she has an extremely serious, dutiful side that only rears it’s head during situations in which the people she cares about are in serious danger, or when the stakes are at their peak. She can be fairly analytical and observant of her environment. Normally doing what she thinks is best for the task at hand, she’s known to stress a little, but only a little, from her orders. (I.E: Talking to locals when told not to, straying a little bit off course to help somebody in need..)
Xion also has a number of faults in her personality, besides the fact that she’s naive to, well, a fault. When something goes wrong, Xion tends to take the burden up on her own, refusing to ask others for help to ensure that nobody else is damaged by her own mistakes. It’s another aspect of her “anything to preserve the relationship” mentality. She’d let herself be beaten half to death if it meant one of her friends wouldn’t get a cold. She’s more than willing to be the one to shoulder all of the bad, if her friends don’t have to. A bit prone to angst, Xion takes most everything pretty hard, and has a great deal of difficulty looking past her own mistakes, what she is and how she was created, especially. Always throughout her short life, she figured if somebody would have to make a sacrifice, she was the one with the right credentials. If anyone would have to stop existing... "They say nobodies aren't supposed to exist, but I'm the real affront."
Particularly, Xion is quite fond of a few specific things. One thing she enjoys is being near the ocean, listening to the waves, and collecting sea-shells. However, her favorite thing, the thing she enjoys above all else is simply watching the sunset with her friends, eating a stick of sea-salt ice cream.
Xion is seen differently by just about everyone she ever knew in her life. Mostly because of the various connections to Sora, as she appeared to be their strongest memory of him, but that manner of thinking goes much deeper than that--much deeper than just her physical appearance. Some saw her as a puppet, something to be used until it breaks. Some saw her as a tool to be used again and again, something that shouldn't have it's own will. Some saw her as just another nobody, just another non-person. And Roxas and Axel, of course, saw her as a friend. Around unfamiliar people, it would be easy to peg her as a weirdo of sorts. Her reserved nature in combination with that fact that she knows so little about people and their culture and how they work make her a strange sight to look at. That being, it probably wouldn't be too lofty of a task to trick her, and in a lot of ways she could be easily taken advantage of. The gap between her and 'normal' people is large and hard to fill, but that's one of the things she wants more than anything. Originally she just wanted to run away with her two friends, where they could be together peacefully, but she soon learned that you can’t run forever; you can’t run from your problems. She just wants a life. Free of all the complications of nobodies and replicas. To be able to just sit around with her friends and eat ice cream.
That is where her drives lie. A place where not just her, but everyone can be friends and eat ice cream together. A place where people aren't always hurting each other. A world that isn't too complex, a world where everyone is equal and real. A world where everyone can be honest and not have to worry. And so she'll always be doing what she can to preserve ideals like that. She'll be there to protect the people who need it, and there to stand up against the people who do. It's that kind of stuff, the real stuff, the serious stuff, that's what makes her set aside her reservations. That's where she can make a difference and that's where she can truly matter. It'll take all she's got, but she won't give up. A world where everything is right, and nobody needs to make sacrifices.
Abilities: Xion is a capable and adept swordsman, most often wielding a keyblade as her sword. When reaching her peak of strength, she’s noted to be able to blow through very difficult missions in the organization with extreme speed and ease. In addition to this, Xion can also employ a number of magic techniques, ranging from elemental attacks like fire, blizzard, thunder, etc. to healing and reflective magic. Her adeptness at this magic is decent at best, using it mostly as a compliment to her keyblade skills rather than something she uses alone for battle, unless she doesn’t have a weapon. Her most powerful ability is her ‘Event Horizon’, her “limit” attack that she can employ after having sustained rather serious damage on the battle field. It comes in the form of several large, pillars of light that crash down from the heavens, as well as increasing speed, strength and agility for a short amount of time.
She can summon her keyblade into her hand at any time, seemingly from nowhere. It appears in her hand as a stroke of light, and then takes it’s form instantaneously. The keyblade has a square, yellow hilt with a long cylindrical, silver, metal shaft. At the end of the shaft are “teeth” like a key in the shape of a crown.
In addition to this she can open "Corridors of Darkness" which can take her to just about any place that she can see in her head, considering the place she's looking to go doesn't have some sort of magical restriction. However as they're filled with darkness, most ordinary people are not safe to travel through them as the darkness can have very adverse affects on the body and heart.

Character Name: Garrus Vakarian Character Series: Mass Effect Character Age: 32 Background:Mass Effect Wikia Entry Personality: Like many Turians, Garrus has a strong sense of justice and responsibility in the world. He feels that doing the right thing is the most important duty anyone can uphold. However, unlike many Turians, Garrus does not view himself as a particularly disciplined person, and, when in his position at C-sec, constantly found himself at odds with the police force's large list of rules and regulations in his pursuit of justice. Garrus feels that, as long as the right thing happens in the end, it shouldn't matter much how you get there.
This has left Garrus in a number of tight spots in his life, as he will often act without thinking things through in pursuit of his goal. When things start going down, Garrus will often seek to act swiftly rather than deliberate and plan. Often Garrus will resort to fists or bullets first if necessary, leaving the details to be sorted out later. When his ability to act is hampered in some way, Garrus becomes easily frustrated and he will become more desperate to find a way, any way, to overcome the obstacles in front of him.
Garrus has never been someone who has been too comfortable with his own feelings. He has a hard time dealing with the nuances that exist in the world, since they can often muddle the line of what he believes to be justice. After Shephard's death he found himself confused and alone in the world. Drifting around with no purpose other than to kill and lash out against what he could easily see truly evil in an attempt to comfort himself and find meaning in a universe that was ignoring a great threat. He will often deal with uncomfortable situations with humor or sarcasm, rather than let his true feelings come through. Because of this, Garrus buries himself in his work, often tinkering with a vehicle of one sort or another, since a vehicle doesn't care if you come off as either awkward or unfeeling in a conversation.
This shell that Garrus has built around himself has made it hard for him to truly trust other beings. While he will often be courteous and nice to the people around him (aside from the occasional dark joke), he has few friends, mostly the crew of the Normandy. For those few that Garrus does trust and love, he would go to the ends of the galaxy in order to defend them. Garrus would go to great lengths to exact revenge on anyone who has betrayed his trust him or harmed one of his friends, often not thinking of the collateral damage or consequences that it may cause. Even then, Garrus is fearful that the littlest thing could mess up the bonds he has created, and he will often become nervous and apologize, backing off of whatever point he was making if he feels that he has offended or angered one of his friends. He will always respect the wishes of those he does call his friend, even if it was at odds with his own wishes, going so far as to not kill a man who betrayed him at Shepherd's request.
Abilities: Non-human. Garrus is a skilled marksman and hand to hand fighter. He is also proficient with electronics and mechanics.

Character Name: Fuyuhiko Date (The Doctor) Character Series: Cave Story Character Age: Late thirties to early forties. Background:http://cavestory.wikia.com/wiki/The_Doctor
Personality: Fuyuhiko Date, who will from now on be referred to as “The Doctor”, is a medical doctor by profession. The general public would assume that those who work in the medical fields are naturally interested in helping save as many lives as possible. The Doctor couldn't be more uninterested in saving lives. The only life he genuinely cares about is his own. His position as a medical doctor is just an excuse for him to cut open people and examine them from the inside. Calling himself a “man of science”, Date's priority over healing people is to learn as much as he can despite how his actions can seem “unethical” to others. The march of progress can't be impeded by silly moralistic quandaries, after all. If he had any other reason for wanting to tear open bodies, it's only because it's fun.
Back in his world, despite his amoral fascinations, the Doctor was able to keep a clean record. Professor Booster and Momorin Sakamoto trusted him as their medical doctor during their expedition to the Island. Any man with a stained record couldn't have been allowed to accompany the expedition. Through intelligence, scheming, and cunning, the man climbed his way up the hierarchy of the medical world to gain more influence. The Doctor tells others what they wish to hear in order to appear as a “good guy”, but only when necessary. He would become a man trusted by others and have more access to funds for his experiments and even trust that he has their interests in mind. Trust is no less than gambling chips to him, however. It's something that he can use to gain more power, but if power comes at the cost of trust, he would gladly throw it away. After arriving in the Island, the Doctor immediately abandoned the professors to find the fabled Demon Crown.
Power itself doesn't interest the Doctor. Power is only a means to an end, but there is really no real “end” in his book. Power can just as easily be sacrificed for more power. He takes supreme delight, however, in the quest to achieve power. Success and failure are words unknown to the Doctor despite his cruel ambitions. To him, there is only trial and error. Should one plan fail, then another plan will take its place. If that one fails, then the opportunity to formulate yet another one arises. Taking life and dissecting it, finding a mutagen that would drive an entire race of creatures insane and seeing for himself how it would work just before pushing it to the limits and modifying it for yet another race... The man enjoys all of this and he doesn't have a goal in mind either. If he could, he would simply carry on with his quest for more power repeatedly till the end of time.
The Doctor certainly possesses a few fears. The greatest fear he has is when faced with the prospect of being unable to continue his journey. Failure is considered a minor setback by him, but should he be faced with a permanent fate like, say, death, that's when the man begins to worry. This is natural for a selfish man. He manipulates conditions so that he remains in control with each experiment. Control means that no matter what happens, he would still be in a position to clean up after himself and start anew. Being unable to do that terrifies him. The Doctor would immediately work to assure that he can't reach a permanent end. If given mercy, he would only take advantage of it and repeat everything again in the end. The Doctor is incapable of returning favors.
The Doctor has a certain weakness to dramatics. Failure and success mean little to him which is why instead of going with a more sure-fire plan, he would take the route in which he can simply enjoy himself more. The Doctor had multiple occasions where he could have done away with Quote, his main enemy. He instead allowed him to live at times if it meant he would suffer more rather than end him with his superior powers. His disinterest for a swift victory in favor of simple enjoyment has cost him his entire plan.
Towards subordinates or rather, his subjects, the Doctor's treatment of them often borders on abusive. He isn't above hitting them should they make a mistake. To him, they're also a means to an end and if they have no choice but to follow him, why should he treat them with respect? “Respect” is only reserved for when he has no choice but to give it. In Mayfield, at first, he may try to act as a decent father and husband to his family, but if there is no need for it... say, when he regains his Demon Crown or Red Crystal or he no longer has an image to maintain... from that point on, they're little beyond guinea pigs. The Doctor was never known for keeping friends for far too long. Partners, however, are a different story should he meet someone of equal caliber to him. He could easily be outdone and so, he would ally with him/her first, using him/her as much as he can before throwing him away just like the flimsy trust he promises people. Abilities: The Doctor alone has little power to speak of. He has a keen sense of observation and his medical techniques are superb. As sadistic of a man that he is, when feeling up to it, the Doctor is a master surgeon and has more than just an adequate knowledge for medicine.
With the Demon Crown, the Doctor gains a considerable list of powers including control over the witch, Misery, and the robot, Balrog. The Doctor is able to endure more damage than most other humans would be able to. He becomes able to fly and teleport through long distances. Against foes, he can summon lightning to guard himself.
Possessing the Red Crystal, a crystal crafted from red flowers that can enhance the powers of humans, grants the Doctor greater power. His endurance to attacks increases and he is able to summon sets of fireballs from his arms or his entire body all at once. The Crystal itself cannot be broken and serves as a shield to the Doctor as it floats around him.
Taking control over the Red Crystal requires intense concentration, however. If the Doctor takes enough damage and loses control momentarily, his mind shatters and his body becomes like a true demon. His physical strength enhances along with his magical power. He becomes able to send waves of flaming bats from his hands.
After death, the Doctor can live on through a mist of blood if he has the Red Crystal and Demon Crown in his possession. Only his mind remains in the world while his body is destroyed. He can take possession of someone nearby, but this power works better when the possessed body is already deceased. If still living, the Doctor's influence mutates the victim, enhances his/her power, and sends him/her into a frenzied state. Killing the victim isn't required to undo the Doctor's control. The Doctor's presence will naturally fade away if his possessed body is beaten. Sample Entry:http://doctor-tyrant.livejournal.com/4909.html

Character Name: Samantha Carter Character Series: Stargate Character Age: 40 Background:Samantha @ wikia Personality:
❝ carter, you're one of this country's natural resources, if not national treasures ❞
Samantha Carter is a smart woman, described on her first appearance as being "smarter than you". Despite her intelligence she is not obnoxious about it, although she does have a habit of giving technologically intelligent responses before having to be reminded of that not everyone knows what she's talking about (although that's a habit due to her scientific understanding rather than a boast of her intelligence). Sam is actually rather modest about her intelligence, not in a way where she pretends not to be as smart as she is but rather only mentioning it or showing how intelligent she is when the situation calls for it. Sam is also rather proud of it, where it (along with her ambitions) has gotten her - she has a PhD in astrophysics along with extensive knowledge regarding quantum mechanics - she was on the first team whom worked on the Stargate Project and is considered the leading expert on the Stargate, given that she helped to design the dialling computer for it and has worked on the Project for thirteen years. Sam also uses her intelligence to her advantage, given the situation and is also frequently called upon for advice when there is a problem (notably from Rodney McKay - a large example of this being when he hallucinated her presence as she is the only one smarter than him and his subconscious knew that she'd be able to help him).
❝ i'm an air force officer just like you are, colonel. and just because my reproductive organs are on the inside instead of the outside doesn't mean i can't handle whatever you can handle ❞
Samantha is a strong person, both physically and mentally. Over her years of working with the Stargate Programme she has seen a lot of violence, fighting and death and has experienced many deaths which are personal to her (most notably the loss of her father and the (multiple) loss of Daniel Jackson). Regardless of this Sam manages to find strength within her to keep her going on, working through her loss whilst still working. Sam is also physically strong. As a Colonel in the Air Force, where she has been for around twenty years, Sam has had to prove herself physically over the years as well as in combat - as well as being trained in weaponry (including alien weapons) Sam is also trained in hand to hand combat and has on occasion had to prove herself, winning a fight to the death (although she refused to kill her combatant). When first meeting Colonel O'Neill, who was originally not convinced by her due to the fact that she was also a scientist, Sam retorted, "Colonel, I logged over a hundred hours in enemy airspace during the Gulf War. Is that tough enough for you? Or do we have to arm wrestle.", as she is both confident in her abilities as well as competent. Sam will do what is necessary in a fight, although she will not sacrifice her morals (she told Daniel Jackson that killing a vat of Goa'uld infants would be no better than what the Goa'uld do themselves. Despite knowing that one day they would cause trouble Sam refused to kill them before that moment).
❝ we defeated the replicators; we thwarted michael's plans; and the wraith are in a state of disarray. all of this happened while she was leader of atlantis ❞
Sam is dedicated, occasionally making risky decisions in her aims but only ones that she believes will pay off. She is also a natural leader, although originally was a little uncertain of her leadership skills. As second in command of SG-1, Sam became joint leader of SG-1 when Cameron Mitchell requested her presence back on the team before later accepting a position as the leader of the Atlantis Expedition. Although Sam was only on Atlantis for one year her skills and dedication as a leader will not be forgotten, particularly the impacts and triumphs that she was able to help with. Sam's dedication and skills have also awarded her numerous medals within the Air Force, these being: Space and Missile Badge, Air Medal, Organizational Excellence Award, Air Force Longevity Service Award With (two oak leaf clusters), Small Arms Expert Marksmanship Ribbon, Air Force Training Ribbon, Air Force Achievement Medal & National Defense Service Medal and has seen her rise from Captain to Colonel within her service of the Stargate Programme. Sam is also incredibly ambitious, something which works with and fuels her scientific curiosity and her wish to continue exploring through the Stargate. Sam's curiosity also extends to her wish to completely understand alien technology, and if possible adapt it to their own technology or use it as a template to build their own technology from.
❝ okay, one first romp but it's romping that comes to mind, not your brains, blondie. now you've got to admit I am a handsome man... ❞
Sam is a very caring woman despite her emotional toughness. When not on the job, although she can be a little socially awkward if asked about it due to its classified nature, she is a warm and friendly individual. After discovering a planet where all of the inhabitants, plus one of the SG teams, had been killed barring a young girl Sam cared for her, initially promising to keep her safe but eventually going further than that - Sam was the first one that girl trust enough to talk to and when her life was in danger Sam refused to leave her side. After she recovered it was joked that it was Sam's maternal instinct that had helped her, something that she rebuffed, but she did remain close with the girl as she grew up (like an aunt). Despite Sam's friendly and caring nature her job often interferes in her personal life, in such that she rarely has time outside of her work and even then things aren't quite so easy. Despite attempting to date Sam's relationships rarely last long - the longest being a few months at a time. Many that Sam knows either can't handle the job (Air Force), the long stretches that she's away or the secrecy, and that is if she manages to keep them alive. Because of this Sam has begun to rarely open herself up, although others before have questioned her feelings, ("Is the Air Force the only thing keeping you apart?") and previous relationships, ("I'm a safe bet. You know you can't have me so you're just protecting your heart by, you know, hanging your hat on someone you can't have. So, let me go.") Even to those Sam cares about, however, she will rarely talk about her feelings even when prompted - giving the briefest reply that she can. She also rarely talks about her home/personal life, given that she has a lack of time for it, or her family - only mentioning them if something has occurred or it's relevant to the discussion.
Abilities:
- Sam is a trained astrophysicist and has extensive knowledge in quantum mechanics ( she's incredible smart, so much so that mostly people don't understand what she's talking about ) - Sam's also a Colonel in the air force: she's trained in hand to hand combat, piloting ( both Earth and alien crafts ) and weaponry ( and is a very good shot ) - She's spent over ten years working with alien technology ( and has a detailed knowledge and understanding of it, is able to fix it, tinker with it and 'rig things' with it ) - Due to being host to a Goa'uld symbiote ( actually a Tok'ra ) Sam is able to use Goa'uld technology due to DNA markers left behind in her blood ( e.g. healing devices, sarcophagus... ) [ I'm presuming these markers will be gone from her blood on arrival? ] - Her engineering skills extend not only to alien devices but also to Earth ones ( Sam likes to spend her weekends working on her motorcycle ) - She's also very good with computers ( she was the only one on Earth to be able to work the Stargate )
Sample Entry: Wow, this really brings back memories. 1969 was one thing but the fifties? It is actually a whole new decade. I really need to stop believing that nothing can surprise me, especially when I know that I haven't seen everything. [ And she'll now remember that she's switched her device on ] And considering that I turned this on none of you will have a clue what I've just said. That's a good start.
My name's Samantha Carter, I'm a Colonel in the Air Force, hence seeing 'weird' things. Unexplainable sometimes, actually, but that's also not the point. For all that I've looked around here it seems to be pretty authentic. History isn't my biggest strong point, I usually ask Daniel on that but we're actually in the 1950's. Or somewhere resembling it, and that could be a problem. Just when you think you're getting somewhere. [ Although what that's in reference to? Only Sam really knows ]
I'm going to keep looking, see what I can find that might have been missed or unexplainable, not that I don't trust what's been said but there's never any harm in double checking. [ And this bit sounds a little bit resigned ] Not when you have the time. [ That and she can see if there's a hidden Stargate or anything else familiar here. And if it was in planetary orbit? Just her luck ]

Character Name: Darth Vader // Anakin Skywalker Character Series: Star Wars Character Age: 23 Background:Wiki for great justice! Anakin will be taken four weeks after the end of Revenge of the Sith, at the opening of the Rise of Darth Vader novel. Personality:
Darth Vader isn't an easy man to pin down. At a place in his life where he's desperate to both shake off and cling to the remnants of his life as Anakin Skywalker, Vader struggles heavily with his identity in his Master's new Empire. Guilt and loss are motivating factors for him, the desire for closure propelling him to give chase after the Jedi found on Murkhana, against Palpatine's wishes. Coming to understand the scope of the Emperor's machinations against the Republic has him at a crossroad-- should he continue to trust the man who might have been manipulating him since childhood and broke his promise to help Vader save his wife from death? Or should he accept what has happened, that the Jedi Order truly needed to be struck down and there is nothing left for him outside of his apprenticeship to the Emperor?
"[He is] loyal beyond reason," Obi Wan once said of Anakin Skywalker, a trait that would follow the latter into his service with the Empire. He has always held friendships in the highest regard, intending to do anything for people he cared for without regard for himself-- and expecting the same in return, to a degree that is often unrealistic for others to reach. Vader takes this and runs with it, something we see when he believes Padmé and Obi-Wan have betrayed him, punishment coming swift and severe. Honesty runs tandem with his loyalty. Darth Vader might be the last person anyone thinks of when they hear the word "honest", but he spent a great portion of his younger days painfully honest, disliking subterfuge and lying, even if it meant the ends justified the means. It's meant he's worn his heart on his sleeve more often than not, proving himself a target that is easily read and thus easily manipulated by those with a mind to exploit his idealism.
An upside (or downside, let's be honest) to Vader is his sense of duty and adherence to responsibility. He dedicates himself to whatever task he's set his mind to wholeheartedly, without restraint and oftentimes with a kind of single-mindedness that borders on the unhealthy. You go big or you go home and you get that shit done. This passion is reflected in all aspects of his life, shown in the fervency of his love for his wife even in the midst of his corruption, and the sheer depths of his rage toward Obi-Wan's perceived betrayal. Vader holds onto grudges with an iron-clad grip and does not easily forgive or forget. His emotional nature is another weak point for the former Jedi, his pride and arrogance leading to recklessness and impatience on his part. Since his wife's death and the betrayal of his comrades-in-arms, Vader is often prey to his volatile anger. While as Anakin he adapted quickly to new situations, he finds that difficult and frustrating in light of the limitations put upon him by his life support suit.
At his core Vader is a decent person who wanted the best for the people he cared for in his life, but by way of life experience, circumstance and outright manipulation he grew twisted and distorted. He's a picture perfect example of good intentions paving the road to Hell. Vader will argue that he did what he had to in order to preserve peace and to throw off would-be oppressors, denying his culpability even as he blames himself for Padmé's death. While he will eventually learn to better utilize his anger and hate as conduits for the Dark Side of the Force, even to hate the Emperor at the man's own encouragement, Darth Vader is now at a tailspin at this point of his life.

Character Name: Joe Gibken Character Series: Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger Character Age: 21 Background:Here! Personality: Joe Gibken was, originally, a soldier in the Zangyack army, and this tempered his personality into something resembling steel. He had to put up with a lot of harsh treatment, mostly from the other members of Zangyack, the Goumen and Sugoumen, who looked down on him because he wasn't one of them. He had to face a lot of hardships, both mental and physical, until the day that he and his mentor decided to flee the empire and escape its horrible, abusive environment. Despite the problems that Joe faced, it wasn't always a bad thing, as he learned the value of true friendship, and that is something that he will keep with him forever.
After Joe had been fleeing from Zangyack for a time, he ran across a certain pirate, Captain Marvelous, who helped save his life. The time spent running from the army had hurt the young man, emotionally as well as physically. He wasn't certain if he'd ever be able to trust another person again, after the loss of his mentor, Sid. Of course, the assistance of Marvelous, and the man's willingness to put his own life on the line for Joe's, quickly changed the young man's tune, and he quickly came to trust and rely on the captain of the Gokaigers, even if he does get a little frustrated with the man, at times.
Joe, on the outside, seems to be very quiet and reserved, almost cold to most people, even his closest friends. He is often times very direct, to the point, and completely tactless, not really wanting to waste time on talking. He has never thought himself to be very good with words, or with interacting with people in general. He considers himself a warrior, and will often times act in ways that normal people, and several members of his own crew, just wouldn't really understand. He wants to be the perfect, brooding swordsman, but this is just an act.
Despite his stoic and silent exterior, Joe Gibken really does care for people, especially his friends. He considers them to be the family that he never really had growing up, and that Marvelous is a good stand in for Sid, in some ways. He would give his everything for the Gokaiger crew, but that's nothing special, when you get right down to it. The truly interesting part about all of this is that Joe is willing to be injured, beaten, and even maimed for people that he's never even met, and might never meet. He will go out of his way to provide encourangement of a sort to kids who seem to need it, and will lay down his life for the sake of a planet that he isn't even from. That's the sort of compassionate man that Joe Gibken is. Abilities: Joe is a master level swordsman, focusing mostly on dual wielding specially designed Gokaiger blades, though he is also a decent shot. He has the ability to transform into GokaiBlue, as well as the Blue Ranger equivalents of the previous Super Sentai teams. He can also pilot the GokaiJet piece of the Gokaiger combining robot. Sample Entry: [Action A: The Park] [Joe Gibken had been stuck in this small town for a little while, at this point, and was finally getting the hang of things. He had acquired a pair of swords from someone in town, and had finally found a good place to practice. Of course, due to some of the moves that he used, as well as, well, the state of his hair.
Every so often, a young drone child will come up to him, waiting for him to stop.]
Hey mister?
Hn? [Joe was never one to talk much, but he always had a soft spot for kids.] What do you want?
Are you a boy or a girl? You've got really long hair.
[And with that, Joe stops what he was doing and just turns to look at the kid.]
I'm a man. You've probably seen me at the law firm, or around there.
Are you sure? Mommy and daddy say that only girls wear their hair like that.
[A small look of aggrivation crosses Joe's face, but he quickly lets it pass.]
I can assure you that I'm a man, now why don't you go and talk to your parents?
OK!
[As the kid runs off, Joe just sighs a little bit and goes back to his training. It was getting harder and harder for the Gokaiger to not snap at the drones around here, since that same kid has asked him the same question almost 10 times so far. Ah well, maybe there will be other conversation soon.]

Character Name: Lucrezia Mongfish Character Series: Girl Genius Character Age: Technically in the mid-50s, but she looks like she's early to mid 30s. Background:for Lu Personality: Lucrezia at her best is a bitch. At her worst, she's a complete monster. On a mission only she really knows about, she'll stop at absolutely nothing to get what she wants, isn't afraid to kill to get it. She's even gone so far as being willing to throw her own daughter's life away if it means being able to take over and get back to power.
She is the type of woman who knows she's very attractive and isn't above using her sexuality to further her own gains. Ruthless, crafty and devious, she'll trick friend or foe and is a rather skilled actress, appearing nice for the moment, only to stab you when your back is turned. She keeps people on only for as long as they are useful and then, more likely than not, will kill them to keep them from turning against her.
Lucrezia is a Spark--or, in other terms, a Mad Scientist. A genius with a short temperament towards those who don't have the spark, and therefore think slower than she does, she is able to build complex devices quickly and run a million and one different plans and ideas through her head, and is prone, like most sparks, to getting into breathless tangents about the devices and inventions to do. It's this, well, 'sparkiness' that completes the 'complete monster' side of her personality that allows her to just download herself into any number of 'suitable hosts.' This is up to and including her very own daughter.
Along with this there is the fact that Lucrezia is most likely the dreaded 'Other.' She destroyed the country sometime after shipping Klaus Wulfenbach off to an extremely secretive Amazon tribe to get him out of the way, taking over and destroying many of the great Spark Houses, with the mindset that she wants to 'show them all'; even after being stopped she's too determined and proud to admit defeat.
Despite all of this though, Lucrezia is a total coward. When things start going bad, don't bother looking around for her; she's already left you in the dust. She won't hesitate to throw the lives of her companions away if it means being able to get a clean get-away, and often she doesn't think things through all the way. While she may have back-up plan after back-up plan, there are times where she'll be so caught up in her plans of 'getting back' that she fails to notice she's missed something important.
Character Name: Garnet til Alexandros XVII / Dagger Character Series: Final Fantasy IX Character Age: 16 during gameplay, assuming 17 by the end of it Background:Garnet @ FFWiki
Personality: At first glance, Garnet til Alexandros XVII is royalty through and through. She has the beauty and the surface demeanor to suit the role; she is fairly mild-mannered and polite at all times. However, through the time she spent with Zidane and the rest of the team, Dagger has rounded out quite a bit in personality. In the beginning, she was the picture image of a sheltered princess, albeit with an undiscovered adventurous streak. Gradually, she began to take in everything about the world around her outside the walls of Alexandria Castle, and her true self started to shine through.
One thing about Dagger is that she is insatiably curious. As a child, she found academic studying as boring as any little girl might, but the ever-present love of learning about the world she exhibited persisted even into her teens. With that curiosity, too, comes an almost devious intelligence that's perfectly capable of taking what she learns and applying it resourcefully, and this trait has displayed itself a number of times throughout the game. Occasionally, her ideas may not seem befitting of a princess (drugging her comrades' food with sleeping weed in an effort to be able to leave Lindblum without trouble, and concealing herself in a bag of putrid Gysahl Pickles to sneak past gate guards, for example), but it suggests that the royal side of her is only one part of her personality, deeply ingrained but not even close to the whole.
Though she has trained herself to know when and how to speak formally and informally, and has picked up on the art of sarcasm and snark just as quickly, the part of Dagger that was reared to be Queen of Alexandria one day doesn't die so easily. Her sense of duty and responsibility tie her to both "worlds" at once -- the world of Queen Garnet, and the world of Dagger, Zidane's devoted friend(-slash-love-interest). She cares about both deeply, so deeply that it can cause trouble for her when she's inevitably torn between them. In the end, she'll always do what she feels is right for everyone, but such decisions aren't always easy to make when both options seem equally bad and good at the same time.
And with that mention of seemingly-perpetual juxtaposition she's locked in between her friends and life as a human being, and her duty to her kingdom, comes the topic of one of Dagger's biggest and most obvious facets: her sense of responsibility. Dagger is the type of person who holds herself fiercely, furiously to blame for whatever might go wrong; even accidents, even things no one could have predicted or prevented. She has an extremely strong sense of guilt that often overpowers rational thought at first, coupled with her occasional feeling of helplessness and powerlessness when it comes to supporting the people she loves. She has an arbitrary sense of caring for everyone around her, be they family, friend, or... love interest; so when those people she cares about most, the ones she most wants to support and protect, have problems that can't be solved, Dagger takes it very, very hard. She has difficulty giving up on such things, and just letting them die -- more often than not, she'll resort to blaming and chastising herself. She'll do the same thing when others go out of their way to help her in turn, although she understands much better now that it's a vital part of friendship. It never stops that tiny, nagging feeling of "this person is going to all this trouble for me, when I should be able to do it myself", though. Her thought processes when it comes to people actually taking a fall or two (or twelve, in some cases) for her sake are similar, as well -- the line between "couldn't do anything" and "didn't do anything" doesn't always separate so cleanly for Dagger, and she's hardly beyond what-ifs and shouldering the guilt for one or both, even if it's not objectively necessary.
She's learned over time that strength doesn't always have to be in taking burdens or blows for others, though. Dagger and Zidane in particular have a mutual loyalty to each other that manifests most strongly in their emotional support for one another. Like he was there for her when she clammed up tight, verbally and emotionally, after the destruction of Alexandria, she was able to do the same for him when he showed every sign of losing his way and giving up later on. She considers everyone she's traveled with a friend of some sort, though -- Dagger respects Vivi for his own emotional tenacity in the face of something so terrifying as the painful truth about himself and his origins; she has always respected and continues to respect Steiner for his willingness to put himself on the line to protect her and others; she respects Beatrix for being able to turn away from a path she found was no longer worth traveling, even if it was a difficult decision; she respects Freya for pushing on with honor and dignity no matter how many more precious things she lost by doing so; she respects Eiko for having been able to recognize what was right in her heart and stick with it, even at such a young age; she even finds things to like about the quirky, whimsical Quina and the standoffish Amarant. Yet, her own sense of self-worth occasionally suffers in the face of seeing these people and many more put themselves at risk in all different ways, directly or indirectly for her sake. Dagger would much rather spare them the heavy burden of the weight of her important life on their shoulders, and so finally resolves to use the power of her Eidolons to protect the things she cares about after regaining the ability.
Being through what she has certainly has its upsides, though. For one thing, Dagger is a sweet person at heart, and does her best to treat everyone with the same equal, pleasant consideration. As dedicated as she is to fretting about her friends, she's also far from a pushover when it comes to interacting with others. Unlike the stereotypical princess, she doesn't take kindly to being treated as a doormat, or regarded solely for her position -- sitting on her hands is the one thing she absolutely refuses to accept, a positive byproduct of the enormous guilt complex she harbors. She doesn't tolerate being spoken down to, or simply spoken to like someone's stringing her along for their own purposes. Not only is she easily smart enough to pick up on these things, but she's not afraid to speak her mind about them, either... in her own, refined way. Dagger's naturally inclined to be as civil as possible and to refrain from insults and nastiness, which is only further strengthened by her royal upbringing, but she still carries a will of adamantium that is not easily forced to bend. And if you try to trample it, you're crossing the line. Similarly, this strength of will is another reason she and Zidane tend to get alone so well: Zidane is good-naturedly playful and flirtatious, and although his advances usually slide right off Dagger or get subtly rebuffed, she occasionally manages to surprise him (case in point: shocking the hell out of him by agreeing immediately to get "married" at Conde Petie in a cultural ceremony so they could move past the blocked Sanctuary). Likewise, she can usually tell when Zidane's not quite himself without even consciously thinking about it, and won't let up until he opens up to her.
Overall, Dagger is a stellar example of a princess (now a queen, that is) who can't be forcibly set into the usual princess mold from fairy tales of old. While she will never really shake off those sophisticated, contained, and occasionally naive princess tendencies, she'll also never succumb to the stereotype of royals who would rather take the easy way out of being kidnapped and rescued by the knight in shining armor -- if her willingness to be kidnapped of her own volition to save someone she loved wasn't enough to display her lack of willingness to sit on her hands and wait for help to arrive, then the way she decided to carry on in spite of the traumatic destruction of her own kingdom and the emotional turmoil it thrust her into absolutely is. It's all summed up quite nicely with only a few words in her defining character quote: "Someday I will be Queen, but I will always be myself."
"Whenever I feel my emotions getting the best of me, I simply picture an empty box. And I take whatever I'm feeling and put that in the box. Then I picture myself putting the box away in a big empty closet and closing the door. Then, if I have time, I go back and open the box and deal with the emotion. In private. Like a lady."
Bree Van de Kamp is an old-fashioned lady with outdated beliefs and a great interest in her faith. She thrives off of being an ideal neighbor in many ways: organizing parties by assigning people what to bring and how to prepare it is just one of her many peculiar traits. In fact, everything has to run untainted and without complications or else it'll drive her mad. While she shows many traits that indicate she suffers from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bree often moves away from the topic, insisting that they are just quirks she's always had. As a child, she never showed any warning signs until her mother was killed in a hit and run. Bree found herself unable to relax until she cleaned the blood from the street and the relief that came with it is one she tries to duplicate throughout her adulthood.
Her perfectionism extends beyond cleaning though, as Bree puts so much of herself into the mold of an ideal neighbor and wife. Baking is her passion and something she tends to get frustrated with all the same. Should a recipe not come out perfect or someone else's dish be favored over her own, she'll grow obsessed with trying to duplicate it. Often at times her family are the ones forced to endure this, but they are also responsible for invoking this in her. Even when exhausted, her husband will force her to keep her word to prepare a dinner she promised. Even when serving her family their evening meal, she'll go into detail about preparation and will ask for critique on the dish, usually following it up with her plans to use said dish at an upcoming social or party. Desserts are her favorite dishes to prepare and she always is in charge of bringing one - should another be bold enough to do so, she'll refuse to let them live it down. Her controlling nature tends to come off as overbearing, as it should, since when someone else is in control, things tend to fall apart.
And nothing at all can fall apart when she's a part of it. This includes not only the organizations she's a part of, but her family. With the outdated belief that families should show a perfect image on the outside, she scolds anyone who dares show any kind of weakness or disgruntled behavior in public. Everything and everyone must be pleasant at all times. Family angst and disagreements were handled in private and if Bree herself felt crushed? That emotion was locked away and dealt with when the time was appropriate. At one point in the series, she's willing to fake a pregnancy just to hide her teenage daughter's pregnancy. Considering all options, she never allows there to be any discrepancies, even going as far to plot around her marriage counseling to make it seem as though they're taking tennis lessons.
Calculating in all manners, Bree comes off as highly vindictive. Throughout her first divorce, she puts up resistance up until the point her husband wishes to remain with her. Once he's decided that, she grows cold and ruthless, intending to make him hurt as much as she did. Arguably he suffers more as she brings home a new boyfriend to taunt him, teasing him as much as possible, and prolonging the divorce proceedings until it's unbearable. Revenge is a dish she gives out without flaw, making her easily the one person no one wishes to cross.
Bree is an avid supporter of the NRA and fancies various pistols. While she doesn't look it, she does collect firearms and knows how to fire them. Politics and religion are important in her life, the former leading up to excellent discussion and the latter a part of her perfect life. She dislikes mixing religion and friends, as those who know her tend to embarrass her at church. After all, a family outing to services must also be without flaws, and friends make them unpredictable. She's not without her flaws, falling to alcoholism and deviating from her set lifestyle, becoming more loose as the series progresses.
Abilities: N/A because being perfect isn't an ability, it's how God made her.
Sample Entry:
My, the women of this simple little town do pose a challenge.
[ The confidence voice of a newcomer wastes little time with things like introductions or maybe, just maybe, the town already knows of her. After all, Bree Van de Kamp is the perfect neighbor. On her first day in Mayfield, when she awoke in a room that was too plain for her tastes, she paid the hardware store a visit. While the teenager with blemished skin was considerate of her status as a lady, she still left with the necessities needed to make it homelier. By time the sun set, the room was more along her style.
That was only the beginning. Within a week, she became the leader of various organizations run by the so-called drones and had pleasant get-togethers with those who liked to discuss the more taboo subjects such as ladies owning their own rifles and scandalous gossip that was sure to make the Mayor's head spin. Now though, she faced her first true threat. ]
I thought I was the only one in this world that could bake a casserole this divine, but my neighbors simply want to impose their own variations upon the family that resides with me. A shame they were raised with improper parenting or else I'd make a honest attempt at trying to reason with them.
[ With that follows a pleasant laugh. At least she's considerate with her manners when making fun of someone. ]
Well, it would be a waste to let this food rot. Would anyone like to have some left overs?

Personality: Amy Pond above all else is creative. Her imagination knows no bounds and it's due to that she's capable of recreate people from her memories. Clever, witty, and quick-thinking, she views things in a way that's abstract in comparison to the Doctor, making her an interesting companion.
As a child, Amy was a mixture of emotions just waiting to erupt and when the chance to do so presented itself, she took it. Raised with the absence of parental figures in her life, she was aloof and detached from most ordinary things. Her imagination couldn't be tame and made her eccentric. For example, she prayed to Santa Claus for help on the night she met the Doctor. Her creativity knew no bounds as she was able to keep up with the Doctor's hunger and even made memorabilia (often in the form of toys or games) of the Doctor when he left. In school, it was commented on that she misbehaved often, but rarely touched on. Due to her fear of the strange crack in her bedroom wall, she felt misunderstood by the adults present in her life save for one man. Even he understood Amy's strange sense of bravery at her young age, commenting that the crack must be scary since she was calm and stoic when a mad man suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
The girl wanted nothing more than to travel alongside that man, her raggedy Doctor, and felt bitter when he failed to return to her. Becoming labeled as a troubled girl who was overwhelmed with loneliness, her caretaker took her to different psychiatrists in an attempt to get her to accept that the Doctor wasn't real. She treated them in the best way a girl with her creativity could - by biting them. Growing up into a bitter and detached girl, she kept the few friends she did have at a distance. The only exception to this was a nurturing bond she had towards her school friend Mels, who she struggled to keep her out of trouble. As she grew older, Amy became more aggressive towards people, even Mels who teased her to keep faith in her Doctor.
Pessimistic as a young adult, Amy didn't think she could believe in anyone. If the Doctor could abandon her as a child, then everyone else on this planet could do the same. Even when the Doctor returns, Amy's wary to trust him again, choosing instead to hide her identity out of annoyance. Initially, she refuses to believe that time passed differently, blaming him instead of a betrayal he never intended to inflict upon her. However, when given the chance to travel alongside him, she leaps at it even though it's the day before her wedding.
Always running is the motif of her character. Even though Amy shows her courage throughout the series in a variety of ways (not only taking care of a stranger, but choosing to travel with him even though he's hurt her, saving the lives of those around her, engaging in combat when she could have easily stayed out of trouble, and by standing up to those who threaten to harm others), running away from her responsibilities and fears on Earth is her theme. With that in mind, she also chooses to run towards things, her bravery shining through time and space.
Her faith in the Doctor is astounding, almost to the level of an infatuated religion. In her eyes, mind, and heart the Doctor could fix everything no matter what. If something was impossible, he could make it possible. Throughout the series her relationship status with him bounces all over the place, the woman crushing on him to the point of trying to seduce him. During her own wedding, when her "imaginary friend" appears, she comments that he can now kiss the bride even though she was now married to another man. It's her faith in him that allows her to bring him back. Because even if no one else remembers, she always will, and will force him to return. As their relationship balances out through the various trials and events they endure, she accepts him as her best friend. Up until that point though, she's very affectionate towards him and experiments freely with her emotions.
Flirtatious, she's not above showing a little skin to get what she wants. Prior to traveling with the Doctor, she held a job as a kissogram and often wore appealing uniforms. There's no shame in being nude, as she doesn't even react when the Doctor catches a glimpse of her nude (although that could also tie in with how she feels about him). Her creativity is expressed through her appearance in a variety of ways. Fond of bright colors, she has her nails painted in different shades throughout her stay with the Doctor. Brilliantly-colored tights and accessories adorn her body often.
In a dangerous situation, Amy can react in assorted ways. She's not above a yelp of surprise when one is necessary, but she'll often joke during life or death situations. Frivolous when faced with trouble, she'll often try to elicit her opponents with her sharp wit and insults. In spite of the toughness she does display, Amy's an emotional human being. Devastated when faced with the loss of her dearest ones, she'll break out into tears when left behind. That, above all else, is the cruelest thing anyone can do to Amy Pond. Especially when it comes to the Doctor. Despair can overtake her and turn her into a cynical person incapable of trusting others. Cruelty is something she's capable of. Barbarous towards those who have harmed her loved ones or her especially, she'll use her wit to inflict wounds on the mind and heart that can't be forgotten easily. These moments don't last very long and leave her with conflicted with how to handle herself after.
While at first her faith waivers with Rory, their love strengthens over time and through their shared adventures. Her relationship with him is best described as hot or cold, as she does shy away from him to explore her feelings with the Doctor. While their interactions are often events where she teases him and he just deals with it, they do have their romantic moments. There's no one she's more passionate for besides him, the man serving as a good anchor to her adventurous attitude.
Abilities: While Amy doesn’t have many supernatural abilities, she does have one interesting quirk. Her mind has been altered to restore erased beings to the universe with only her memories of them. It is also revealed she can remember alternate timelines in a later canon point due to this alteration.
