This guy here is JK from Kamen Rider Fourze. He's an information broker, a member of Kamen rider Club and a scardy cat who would rather run the other way than fight. He's taken from the end of episode 25, which is actually in the middle of a fight he was more or less forced into by one of his sempai.

JK will be living at Taylor Road 1130, with Bazett and Sazh.
