So I'm a senior in college who is about to graduate and at the moment life is kicking my butt. Multiple research papers, take-home finals, and hundreds of pages of reading left to do in the next month and I don't know where I'll find time to do it all. Certainly haven't got time for my RP games, unfortunately enough, not that I had a ton of time before. So Milla is going on hiatus for a month! She'll be on autopilot for the moment, with godmod rights going to her housemates Psii and Sollux. I may drone her if there's a particularly big event while I'm gone.

Sorry, Mayfield. I'll be back May 24 if not sooner. See you then!

It is with great reluctance and sadness that I let Gremio go. He is one of my favorite characters from Suikoden but I'm just not doing enough with him and have a need to lighten my load. I'm really sorry.

I'm still here with Almaz abravelikehero, Eiki yamaxanadu, Alessandro shotapope and Wilhelmina manipulator_of_objects however. I'm also still technically on hiatus, but that might be upgraded to more of a semi hiatus as I try and get more involved in things.

So I thought that what I needed was something fresh to work with but, given my dismal activity over the past month, I think that the best course of action may be to drop Alexei Nikolaevich Romanov. I apologize to any and all characters who either had or were interested in forming a relationship with Alexei -- especially his castmates and his housemates.

In addition to any lost CR, since Alexei was my only character, this also means that I will be leaving Mayfield altogether. Believe me, this is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make in DWRP not only because Mayfield is the first (and thus far the only) game I've stayed in for more than a month or two at a time, but also because of all the talented and welcoming people I've met through it. Be that as it may, I often felt that this game has given me more than I've given it, and thus the time has come for me to finally bow out.

If anybody is still interested in maintaining contact with me in an OOC environment, you're more than welcome to add me on Plurk at bakateers or on AIM at bonerfoy. Conversely, anybody who was only following me on either of these platforms because of Mayfield is free to remove me if they wish.

I may yet return to Mayfield someday, but shine on in the meantime, okay, you crazy diamonds? ♥
