You may have noticed that I've been pretty M.I.A. lately, and that's because of a lot of things.

Soooo I think I'm going to have to drop Hiccup. I love him, and I love the CR he has here, but I feel like I've kind of played him out, I guess. He's had a really great run here at Mayfield (a year and a half!), but it's time to send him home.

I'll still be around with Wally (fasterthan), but Hiccup's being dropped.

 This really shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone, given my spotty activity, but I've really just lost my verve with Arya and tagging with her is becoming more of a chore than a joy. I love her CR and I've had a great time in the game, but I think it's time to let her go. And since she's my only character here, that means I'm bowing out of the game.

Yeah, guys, I'm dropping Kida! Not because this is a bad game! I love this game! But I lack the motivation and time to continue roleplaying. I also haven't done much with him too! I WANTED HIM TO TALK TO HIS HOUSEMATES BEFORE LEAVING BUT NO. SCHOOL HAS TO BE MEAN.

I will miss all of you who have talked to Kida and those who haven't talked to him but are amazing people otherwise!

All good things must eventually come to an end, and I feel this is the time for mine. I had a wonderful run with Almaz and Eiki, but they will both be going home now.

I'm sad to say that Other Father is heading home. He just didn't work in the game as I hoped he would and with such little time until endgame and my tagging rate as of late, I just don't think I can get enough done with him before endgame.

It was lovely playing with you all for the small time he was here!

So maybe it wasn't Julien and Rocky that were the problem last time. Maybe it was me. I just don't think I can handle more than one character here. Not really sure why, but there you have it. Merida and Kurt are being dropped. Rapunzel will still be around, though I'm not sure when I'll get back to the main comm, exactly. Sorry about all of this.

Hey there Mayfield, Gingey here. I was hoping to avoid having to do this, but due to circumstances I'd rather not go into, I'm going to have to drop Sayaka. I had a blast playing her here despite how brief it was, and I want to thank all of my castmates and CR for being wonderful. I'm really sorry I had to bow out on you all like this.

And beside being back, I'm here to tell you that I'm dropping two of my kids, namely Ryoma and Taki (you know, those two from Prince of Tennis). It's been a lot of fun playing them here, but lately my motivation for playing them has just been turning into....well, not nothing, but it's certainly not much of it left. So Taki and Ryoma (and Karupin ofc since she's with Ryoma) are going home. Sorry to those they've got CR with but...yeah. That's the way it is.

I'm still here with Belphegor, JK, Code:Emperor and Rui though.

I wish I didn't have to do this, but after struggling to bring her off hiatus, and then further struggling with tags, I think I have to admit that it's time for Minerva to go. As much as I love her, I don't think I'm cut out to play her!

I'm sorry to do this, but I'm going to drop Juliet here and bow out of Mayfield entirely. I've been a bit lost with the pacing of the game even before my hiatus, so I think this is the best thing to do now. So instead of de-droning her, she'll just go back home. I really am sorry to do this, but Padmé and Satine are going home. For a while now it's been very difficult for me to muster up the desire to want to do tags in game, and it isn't fair to all those I have CR with for me to just character squat.

I'll most likely be re-apping later on, but right now I just needed to take an extended break.

I've loved all of my CR here, and I'll miss everyone like crazy.

So I'm going off to a convention and I ain't bringing along my laptop. So I'm going on hiatus for a few days (until about the 29th or 30th). When I come back, I'll hopefully have prepared posts for everyone, and I'll be backtagging and stuff.

During this time. Maya queenoffangaia, is going back home. I'm sorry to her family members, and most of all my dear Otoya. Thank you for playing with Maya in the game, guys.

So, after the last month of debating on if I should do this or not, I think it's best I just rip the bandaid off and let Lassie go home and do what he does best back in Santa Barbara, even if that means being driven up a wall by Shawn Spencer.



To be honest, this was a really really hard decision to make, especially since I had hopes that having a unique character for a not!wife would boost my motivation to come back alongside having one of the best castmates I could ever ask for.

Mayfield was my first game, and it took me several years to even work up the courage to app. I love Lassiter's character and his voice by all means stronger than ever, not to mention Mayfield's plot is ridiculously awesome and the players here are great, but the pace...I can't keep up with it anymore. I feel stretched thin. I'd rather bow out and admit defeat than waffle and flake about.

I'm thankful for the CR, what little I had made in the last 4 1/2 months, along with the friends I've made. You all are wonderful people and I hope that I come across you again in other games eventually.
